Every price is published on this page. No quote-gating, no discovery call before you find out whether it fits. Prices are per video, in rupees, and include concept, script, production, two rounds of revisions and full commercial rights.
Most agencies hide this page. Hiding it wastes a week of your time and a week of mine. You already have a budget. Here is whether it fits.

Ads are priced per video, not per minute. A 20-second ad and a 50-second ad take almost the same work, because the concept, the script and the setup dominate the timeline. Long-form training video is the exception, and is priced per finished minute.
Add-Ons
Priced separately so the base number stays honest, instead of padding every quote for things most projects do not need.
Extra variant of the same ad
Same script, different hook or presenter. Always a fraction of the first video, because the concept and setup are already paid for. This is where paid social is actually won.
Quoted with your project
Extra aspect ratio
A real re-cut for the platform, not one file resized. 9:16, 1:1, 16:9.
Quoted with your project
Additional revision round
Two rounds are included on every project. Most people never use the second.
Quoted with your project
Rush delivery
Moves you to the front of the queue. Say so at the brief stage, not on day three.
Quoted with your project
Additional language
Script adaptation and voice. Not a subtitle track. Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and others.

What Moves the Price
Six things, in the order they matter. Read this and you can price your own brief before you write in.
Variant count
Biggest lever, and the cheapest
The first video carries the script, the concept and the setup. The second and third reuse all of it. Three variants never cost three times one. If you are running paid, buy variants.
Script complexity
Moderate
A single-benefit product demo is quick. A multi-scene narrative with a character arc is not. Most of the price difference between a reel and a commercial lives here, not in the rendering.
Scene count
Moderate
Every distinct scene is its own generation, its own selection pass, its own grade. Eight scenes is genuinely more work than three.
Aspect ratios
Small per ratio, adds up
Meta wants 9:16. Amazon wants 16:9. A shopify loop wants something short and square. Each is a separate edit if you want it to actually work, and resizing one file is why most brand video underperforms on three platforms at once.
Sound design
Small on ads, large on commercials
A licensed music bed is cheap. Built sound design, foley and a mix is not, and it is most of what separates a commercial that feels premium from one that feels generated.
Turnaround
Only if you compress it
Standard timelines are already fast. Rush pricing exists because moving you up the queue moves someone else down it.
Where the Money Actually Goes
AI production is not cheaper because the output is worth less. It is cheaper because most of a traditional budget never reaches the screen. It goes on logistics.
| AI production | Traditional production | |
|---|---|---|
| First cut | 3 to 5 days | 3 to 6 weeks |
| Crew required | None | Director, DOP, gaffer, stylist, talent |
| Location | None | Studio hire or location fee, plus travel |
| Product samples | Not shipped | Shipped, then shipped back |
| A second variant | Hours | A second shoot day |
| Changing one line | A re-render | A reshoot, if the talent is still available |
| Talent usage rights | None to license | Negotiated, time-limited, renewable |
| Where the budget goes | Concept, script, edit, sound | Logistics, people, equipment, insurance |
When Not to Buy This
Four cases where AI is the wrong tool. You will hear this at the brief stage rather than after you have paid.
You need a real human performance carrying real emotion. AI still cannot act. It can present.
You need one specific real location, recognisable to your audience. AI can build a place. It cannot build that place.
Your product has fine material detail that AI still renders badly. Certain fabrics, liquids and reflective surfaces are genuinely hard.
You need one video, once, and nothing else, ever. The economics of AI production come from iteration. If you will never make a second version, the gap narrows.
Pricing Questions
- How much does an AI video ad cost in India?
- A single AI UGC ad starts at ₹12,000 and typically lands between ₹12,000 and ₹40,000. A product video ad starts at ₹15,000. A cinematic commercial with full concept and sound design starts at ₹40,000 and runs to around ₹1,50,000. Social reels start at ₹5,000 each. Training video is priced per finished minute from ₹8,000. The full table is published on this page, with no quote-gating.
- Why do you publish prices when other agencies do not?
- Because a hidden price wastes both of us a week. You already have a budget. If this page tells you the numbers do not fit, you have saved a call and I have saved a proposal. Every enquiry that arrives after reading this page is a real one.
- What does AI video cost per minute?
- Ads are not priced per minute, because a 20-second ad and a 50-second ad take almost the same work. The concept, script and setup dominate. Long-form training video is the exception and is priced per finished minute, from ₹8,000 and typically ₹8,000 to ₹20,000. Finished minute means what survives the edit, not what was recorded.
- Is there a minimum project size?
- One video is a fine place to start, and plenty of projects begin that way. But paid social rewards testing, so the honest advice is that three variants of one ad will teach you more than one polished video will.
- What is included in every price?
- Concept and script. Production. Editing, captions, sound. Two rounds of revisions. Platform-ready MP4s in the ratios you asked for. Full commercial rights on final payment, paid media included. AI disclosure handled and documented.
- What is not included?
- Paid media spend. Third-party stock or licensed music beyond the standard library. Ongoing campaign management. Extra variants and extra ratios are priced separately, and both are listed on this page.
- How do you take payment?
- Half to start, half on delivery, for a first project. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Full commercial rights transfer on final payment.
- Do you work with brands outside India?
- Yes. Production is remote and delivery is digital. Prices are quoted in rupees and settled at the prevailing rate, or invoiced in USD on request.
Which One Do You Need?
Match it to the problem, not the format. Most brands arrive certain they need a commercial and leave with UGC, because the thing they actually needed was ten creatives to test rather than one film to admire.
| Service | Reach for it when | Where it runs | From | First cut |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AI UGC Video Ads | You are running paid social and need more than one creative to test.Instead of: Sourcing creators and waiting three weeks per ad | Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads, Snapchat | ₹12,000 | 3 to 5 days |
| AI Product Video Ads | Your product page is photos only, and buyers keep asking what it is like in person.Instead of: A product photoshoot, or nothing at all | Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Amazon listings, Shopify product pages | ₹15,000 | 3 to 5 days |
| AI Commercials / Brand Film | You are launching, and the first impression has to land properly.Instead of: A crewed ad film shoot | Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, websites, landing pages, digital campaigns | ₹40,000 | 7 to 10 days |
| AI Social Media Reels | Your feed has gone quiet and posting consistently keeps slipping.Instead of: An in-house content person, or silence | Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn | ₹5,000 | 2 to 4 days |
| AI Corporate Training Videos | You are explaining the same thing to every new hire or customer.Instead of: A slide deck nobody finishes, or a live session repeated forever | LMS platforms, company training portals, YouTube, internal comms, online course platforms | ₹8,000 / min | 7 to 14 days |
| 3D Motion Website Design | The video works, and then it sends people to a site that undoes it.Instead of: A template site that looks like everyone else’s | Desktop, tablet and phone, Google Search, link in bio, ad landing pages, client pitches | Quoted per project | Scoped with you |
Still torn between two?
Take the cheaper one first. Every format here is fast enough that testing beats deliberating, and a ₹12,000 UGC ad tells you more about your audience in a week than a ₹40,000 commercial tells you in a month.
Need more than one?
Most brands run two: something that converts and something that keeps them visible. Product video plus reels is the common pair. They get scoped together so the look carries across both.
Not sure it is video at all?
Sometimes it is not. If traffic arrives and leaves without reading anything, the site is the problem and more video pointed at it will not fix that. Say so in the brief and you will get told.
Still deciding?
Read these before you commission anything. They cover what this costs, where it beats a traditional shoot, and where it does not.
Numbers work? Send the brief.
A link to your product, where the video is running, and your deadline. That is usually enough for a real quote inside 24 hours.
